Freeport Flag Ladies . . JoAnn, Elaine, Carmen and Lady Liberty frequently make the long drive from Freeport to Bangor to join in welcoming the troops at Bangor International Airport. Depending upon weather and construction it takes them between two and three hours each way to make the trip. While in Bangor they attempt to photograph as many of the troops as possible so be sure to check the dates. Although extremely time-consuming this is just a tiny piece of what they do for our military men and women. This site is a must see! |
